The webshop Jasmin Yli-Huhtala Art on the website www.jasminylihuhtala.com company ID 3161690-8 based in Finland, processes personal data provided by Customer to fulfill and additionally confirm Terms and Conditions, to process electronic orders and shipments and for the necessary communication during a period required by law.

By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by Jasmin Yli-Huhtala Art or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Jasmin Yli-Huhtala Art. All trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of Jasmin Yli-Huhtala Art or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of Jasmin Yli-Huhtala Art or third party trademarks.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change the prices of our artworks at any time without prior notice. We will not be responsible for any typographical or pricing errors on our website. Prices are in euros and include Finnish VAT of 10%.

Accuracy of information

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the Website including, without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied on the Website should be taken to indicate that all information on the Website or Services has been modified or updated.

Payment and Delivery

All payments are processed securely through our website's payment gateway. We do not store your payment information on our website or servers.  We will make every effort to deliver your artwork promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Payment Methods:

We accept payment through various payment methods including but not limited to credit/debit cards, PayPal,  bank transfers and invoice by Klarna.

Returns and refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  At our  webshop, all original artwork sales are final. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact via email hello@jasminylihuhtala.com .

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom orders
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards

If your item was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Changes and amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the Website and Services at any time at our discretion. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. An updated version of this Agreement will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of the revised Agreement (or such other act specified at that time) will constitute your consent to those changes.
